We make a distinction between projects for SME's and Large Corporates. Both types of companies have a similar M & A process of analyzing the company and the market to negotiate with and sign the contract. The approach is often different.

Large Corporates transactions often take place with private equity firms and strategic buyers while SME companies may involve family takeover, management buy-outs or management buy-ins. Also the financing process is usually different.
