This can include the valuation of companies regarding transaction preparation, fiscal or reporting issues (IFRS; impairment). In addition, Talanton regularly acts as an independent or dedicated expert (forensic and dispute valuation).

The analysis of expected cash flows and risk are central to well founded value. This means that Talanton conducts its valuations in close cooperation with the shareholders or management of your company.
